Odysea pomegranate molasses is made purely with the slow reduction of pomegranate juice and contains 100% natural occurring sugars, with no additives. It takes approximately 340g of pure pomegranate juice reduction to make a 250ml bottle of our molasses. The pomegranates are harvested from late August to mid-autumn, selected from a variety that yields bigger dark burgundy fruit with a good balance of sour & sweet flavours. Their juice is extracted & slowly reduced until it becomes a dense syrup.
