hat started as a single partnership in 1994 evolved into the Omsco, a 120-Farms-strong Co-operative producing a diverse array of Organic dairy products and ingredients. We now sell our own products, each of which proudly bears our new name: Organic Herd. Farmers work hand-in-hand with nature to create a vibrant and nourishing environment for their Herd (and the bees!), free from herbicides and artificial pesticides. Cows in the Organic Herd lead a very happy life, grazing outdoors in grassy fields for around 235 days a year. Our butter is churned in small batches using rich Organic cream. Traditional barrels create an exceptionally creamy texture.
