Nick Horne is the man behind Crude Honey, he has been a passionate bee keeper for over 10 years now, and runs courses where you can learn how to take care of your own apiary using natural bee keeping methods. He makes sure he only takes what he knows the hive can support and doesn't supplement the bees food through the winter with syrup unlike commercial bee farms. The hives are kept in places around Sheffield, such as Unstone Grange and the edge of the Peak District. The Honey is collected from single apiaries, is un-pasteurised, and unblended.
